At olive + ASH, our biggest goal is to well serve our loyal customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better. Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.
Here is a list of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email or we can apply the credit to your account. We cannot issue refunds.
- Email for a RA# (Return Goods Authorization form)
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that you received the item according to order tracking.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Accessories, scarves, jewelry are FINAL SALE items.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (Please mark the item you are returning)
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- If an item is received after the 14-day policy or we find signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reject the return and deduct a restocking fee or issue no credit at all. If the return is rejected or assessed a restocking fee and you want the item back, you must pay the shipping back to you.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot locate a delivery, we recommend that you check all your entrances, any outbuildings and with neighbors. Then contact your local UPS.
