SHIPPING

What does your Boutique offer?

We offer on-trend clothing and accessories for women of all ages, at affordable pricing.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat fee of $6.99 on all orders within the US. Shipping is free for any purchase over $75.00. Please contact us for rates on shipping outside of the U.S.

How long will it take to receive my items?

Shipping time will depend on where you are located within the US. However, most internet orders placed before 3PM EST Monday – Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. Any orders placed after 3 PM EST Monday – Friday will be processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

 

PICK UP IN-STORE

Can I pick up my items in store?

If you are from Mercer County (Ohio) area, you may use the promo code “LOCAL” to arrange for pick up or drop off. You may also send us a direct message to arrange for pick up.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email or a credit applied to your account. We do not issue any other type of refund.  Our full Return Policy can be found here.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that you received the item according to order tracking.

Can I return a SALE item?

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return. All accessories, scarves and jewelry are considered FINAL SALE items.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Where do I send my return?

All returns can be shipped to 215 S Main St. Celina, OH 45822. Please send a copy of your receipt with the item marked that you are returning. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags on them.

I returned an item – why haven’t I received my gift card code yet?

If it has been more than 5-7 days after we have received your returned item, and you have yet to receive an email with your gift card code, please let us know! You can send us an email at info@shopoliveandash.com. Please note, sometime the email may automatically filter through to your junk mail section of your inbox – so please check there first. To avoid missing any future emails from olive + ASH please add info@shopoliveandash.com to your address book.

Does my gift card code / store credit ever expire?

No – your gift card code / store credit will not expire. You can use your gift card or store credit at any time that is most convenient for YOU!

 

SIZING

What size should I order?

We understand that all our gorgeous customers are different shapes and sizes – and we know shopping online can be challenging because you can’t try anything on. We do our best to provide specific details about all products in their description, as well as plus size options – so first check there! If you still aren’t sure of the size you may need, please send us an email at info@shopoliveandash.com and we would be happy to help you make the best decision!

 

ORDERING

How do I place my order?

All orders must be placed online. We currently do not offer over-the-phone or in-person ordering options.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept various payment options, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa debit/credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

How do I use a PROMO code at check out?

We will want to add info on this once the website is set up

Do you have any in-store locations?

We are currently an online-only boutique, which means you can grab your favorite cuppa Joe and shop with us 24/7 – anytime at YOUR convenience!

Can I use promo codes with sale items?

Promo codes and any other offers are not able to be combined with any already discounted items.

Why won’t my order go through?

If you are having any issues with your order – please let us know right away! You can send us an email at info@shopoliveandash.com at any time and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you are having any issues with your order, be sure to also check over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, and that all other required fields are fully filled out.

What do you do with my information when I purchase something?

When you purchase something from our store, as a part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, sales and other updates.
